Ability to Maintain service quality and accuracy all the time.
Meet with restaurant staff to review daily specials, changes on the menu and service specifications for reservations.
Making menu recommendations, answering questions and sharing additional information with restaurant Manager.
Able to processes Customers complaints and handles stress situations.
Take accurate food and drinks orders, using a POS ordering software, order slips or by memorization.
Ensure the customers Satisfaction with their meals all the time.
Prepare the bill for tables when requested.
Cash up bills and ensure that the correct amount has been paid.
Administer change to tables if needed.
Ensure Food Temperature and Hygienic are maintained prior serving to the customer.
Reach Targeted Sales while using an upselling approach.
To Follow cutlery set up standard prior serving the tables.
Follow Health, Grooming and Hygiene Standards / policies.
Follow- Up food Serving Sequence Standards.
Check dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation and report any problems
