We are seeking a Fresh Waiter/Waitress to join our restaurant team in Dubai. If you are passionate about delivering excellent customer service and eager to begin a career in the food and beverage industry, this is a fantastic opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and seat customers, presenting menus and taking food and beverage orders
Provide detailed information on menu items and make recommendations to guests
Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner
Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns and resolving issues promptly
Clear tables and ensure the dining area is clean and tidy
Process customer payments accurately and handle cash and card transactions
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
Follow health and safety regulations, including hygiene and food handling practices
Assist with setting up and preparing the restaurant for opening and closing
Requirements:
Fresh graduate or high school diploma
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is a plus but not required
