We are seeking a charismatic and customer-focused Guest Relations Executive to join our hospitality team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:
Welcome guests upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.
Address and resolve guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Coordinate special requests for guests, including reservations, transport, and personalized services.
Maintain a detailed knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and local attractions to offer recommendations.
Maintain guest profiles and records to provide personalized service for repeat guests.
Assist with VIP guest arrangements, ensuring their stay is memorable.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in guest relations, front office, or customer service roles within the hospitality industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office.
Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
