We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Bus Attendant to join our transportation team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for all passengers on board.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet passengers as they board and assist with seating when necessary.
Ensure all safety protocols are followed and that passengers are aware of emergency procedures.
Provide information about routes, schedules, and any delays or changes.
Assist passengers with luggage and personal items as needed.
Monitor the bus for cleanliness and report any maintenance issues to the driver.
Address passenger inquiries and concerns in a courteous and professional manner.
Help manage passenger flow during busy times to ensure efficient boarding and disembarking.
Assist passengers with special needs to ensure their comfort and safety.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in customer service or transportation is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm and composed in busy or challenging situations.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to passenger safety.
Physical ability to assist passengers as needed.
