We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our team with various administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities:
Manage and organize daily office operations, including filing, scheduling, and correspondence.
Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries.
Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and presentations.
Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Maintain office supplies and inventory, placing orders as necessary.
Support team members with administrative tasks and special projects.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration or related field preferred.
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office equipment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
