You’re not just checking guests in and out—you’re crafting unforgettable stays. As a Guest Experience Expert, you’ll move seamlessly between tasks, from handling requests to sharing local gems, ensuring every interaction feels personal and effortless.


✨ What You’ll Do

âś” Welcome & assist guests with check-in/out, requests, and recommendations
âś” Handle transactions, reports, and operational tasks with precision
âś” Stay proactive—move through the space, anticipate needs, and solve problems
âś” Keep energy high (stand, walk, lift up to 10 lbs) while maintaining a polished presence
âś” Uphold standards: safety, professionalism, and brand excellence


✅ What We’re Looking For

  • No experience required—just a passion for service
  • High school diploma/GED (or equivalent)
  • Friendly, adaptable, and detail-oriented
  • Professional communication (verbal & written)
