You’re not just checking guests in and out—you’re crafting unforgettable stays. As a Guest Experience Expert, you’ll move seamlessly between tasks, from handling requests to sharing local gems, ensuring every interaction feels personal and effortless.
✨ What You’ll Do
âś” Welcome & assist guests with check-in/out, requests, and recommendations
âś” Handle transactions, reports, and operational tasks with precision
✔ Stay proactive—move through the space, anticipate needs, and solve problems
âś” Keep energy high (stand, walk, lift up to 10 lbs) while maintaining a polished presence
âś” Uphold standards: safety, professionalism, and brand excellence
✅ What We’re Looking For
- No experience required—just a passion for service
- High school diploma/GEDÂ (or equivalent)
- Friendly, adaptable, and detail-oriented
- Professional communication (verbal & written)
