Position: Valet Parking Attendant
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Overview:
We are seeking a responsible and customer-focused Valet Parking Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be friendly, quick, and efficient in handling guests’ vehicles while ensuring safety and providing excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and offer valet parking services.
Safely park and retrieve vehicles in a timely manner.
Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with guests at all times.
Handle vehicles with care, ensuring they are locked and secured.
Manage valet tickets and provide excellent customer service throughout.
Ensure the valet area is organized and clean.
Report any vehicle issues or damages promptly to management.
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
Previous experience as a valet or in customer service is a plus.
Strong communication skills and a professional appearance.
Physical ability to run short distances and work outdoors.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
A positive attitude and excellent time-management skills.
