Description

Regularly patrol the premises to ensure safety and security.
Monitor and control access to the premises, verifying identification, and checking credentials.
Monitor CCTV and other surveillance equipment to detect and prevent potential security threats.
Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, and other incidents, ensuring the safety of individuals and property.
Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
Assist in evacuations and provide first aid or other emergency services as needed.
Greet and assist visitors, providing directions and responding to inquiries in a courteous manner.
Ensure compliance with all security procedures and regulations.
Qualifications:

Must possess a valid Security Industry Regulatory Agency (SIRA) certificate.
Must possess a valid Department of Protective System (DPS) certificate.
Ability to stand for long periods, conduct patrols, and respond to incidents as needed.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Keen observation skills and the ability to recognize potential security threats.
A professional demeanor and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Familiarity with local laws and regulations related to security operations.
High level of honesty, responsibility, and ethics in all actions and decisions.
