Position: Day Care Staff
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and engage with children in a positive and caring manner.
Assist in planning and implementing age-appropriate activities and learning experiences.
Monitor the safety and well-being of the children at all times.
Support children’s social and emotional development.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment.
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child’s progress and needs.
Assist with feeding, changing, and other basic caregiving tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Previous experience in childcare or early childhood education is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children.
Ability to work collaboratively with other staff members.
High school diploma or equivalent (Childcare certification is a plus).
CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
